Kris graduated from MATC with an AS in Accounting. As a business manager, she grew to love communicating with people while treating customers and staff with respect and gratitude. Many years after her family had grown, she found a niche at Edgewood College, earning a BS in Organizational Behavior and Leadership – basically helping people in organizations work better together. She earned her real estate license serving as property manager and relocation admin specialist for 16 yrs. When the market crashed, she turned to insurance – providing clients claim services for five years and agency support for another two years before joining Krell Insurance Services, Inc. in 2016.
As a Client Services Agent, she holds Wisconsin licenses in Property, Casualty and Life lines. She also handles the majority of the day-to-day claim-related services.
Kris lives in Cross Plains with her husband, youngest daughter and their St Bernard-mix, Bear. Her son lives in Washington state with his wife and two sons. Her older daughter is stationed overseas with her husband and son.
In her free time, she and her husband play various types of games with friends and paint figurines. While painting miniatures has become a passion, she takes the time to give back to the community encouraging others through the challenge of painting and hosting events for the Wounded Warrior Project at various conventions.
"I am committed to providing the best service possible while treating each client as if their needs were the most important – because they are."
